Alvana needed to re-brand itself to attract new customers. The consulting industry was analyzed through different forms such as PEST Analysis and Porters 5 Forces. As a result, Alvana was given a make over. The project’s major deliverables included: logo, business cards, website, and a marketing strategy.
Breathe Yoga Wear is a yoga merchandise and apparel retail store located in Vancouver British Columbia. The company’s goal was to increase sales. In order to help the company accomplish its goal, I studied the situation. As a result, I discovered that Breathe was not positioned effectively within its competing industry. A thorough customer analysis was conducted in light of marketing the company effectively, to attract the attention of customers. Overall, Breathe was expected to increase sales by $8,000 per month by the implementation of marketing tactics.
Kava Mobile was in search for increasing sales and clientele. I developed an effective marketing strategy for Kava Mobile by conducting a competitor analysis, target audience analysis, and industry analysis for a comprehensive understanding on Kava Mobile’s competing market. As a result, identifying the gaps between Kava Mobile and competitors to better meet customer needs developed a marketing strategy.
